Return & Exchange Policy – Elite CareAt Elite Care, your health and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products, due to health and hygiene considerations — except in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received a product different from what was ordered
In such cases, please contact our customer service through Elite Care WhatsApp to proceed with the return or exchange request, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and unopened
- The original packaging is intact and not tampered with
- The original purchase invoice is attached
Timeframe:
- The return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Processing the request may take 7 to 10 business days
Refunds:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 business days
Exchanges:
- If the replacement product has a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference in price, if applicable
